Excellent customer service. The driver's door for my BMW X5 started making weird noises. I was unable to close it on two occasions. I was concerned I might be locked in the car. Trey was super nice. They evaluated the issue, told me the problem, and ordered the part. The mechanics replaced the part which came with a 5 years warranty. They kept me updated and delivered the car promptly. Kurt, Trey and the Euro Care team are exceptional car care professionals. I took my Land Rover to them for a starting problem. Euro Care had my truck ready the next day. They treated my truck like a hospital would take care of a sick patient. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from my home in the neighborhood. I will be taking my Land Rover to Euro Care for all my Land Rover care😊

Fantastic customer service from Mike! He prioritized our car while we were waiting and got us out on time as promised. Definitely helped since our 5-year old was getting restless. Did great work and explained everything. Will definitely be back!

Craig (the funny guy) and Randy (the sweet guy) are both AWESOME! They both helped me with brake pad on my Mercedes Benz.
