In response to your google reply: Your reply, and your explanation fails to address the core issue the consistent pattern of incomplete and misdiagnosed repairs that have cost me both time and significant money, with no resolution or accountability from your shop. Lets be clear: the problem is not that some customers cant be made happy its that basic diagnostic steps and professional communication were not upheld over a multi-year period. In 2023, your team identified coolant leaks but did not properly explain the severity or recommend comprehensive repair. In 2024, the same issues persisted more coolant leaks, partial repairs, and again, no clear documentation or proactive warning that these issues could lead to engine damage. Now in 2025, I am facing a blown head gasket a direct result of unresolved and ongoing coolant system failures that your shop repeatedly worked on without full resolution. It is not acceptable to claim that some failures cant be predicted when the same issue has been identified, billed, and only partially repaired multiple times. Thats not unpredictability thats poor workmanship and lack of due diligence. While you mention a $1,000 discount as a matter of customer satisfaction, this does not come close to covering the cost of repeated labor and parts that failed to address the root cause. Nor does it acknowledge the loss of time, trust, and the potential for further damage caused by incomplete work. At this point, I am requesting the following within five (5) business days: 1. A full itemized record of all services performed on my vehicle since 2023, including diagnostic notes, technician comments, and warranty coverage. 2. A written explanation of quality assurance procedures your shop followed on each visit. 3. A proposal for compensation beyond the nominal discount offered reflecting the cost of redundant repairs and resulting engine damage. If these are not provided, I will proceed with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, state consumer protection agency, and Attorney Generals office, along with posting a documented summary of this experience across verified customer review platforms. Im committed 100 percent to this.

Excellent customer service. The driver's door for my BMW X5 started making weird noises. I was unable to close it on two occasions. I was concerned I might be locked in the car. Trey was super nice. They evaluated the issue, told me the problem, and ordered the part. The mechanics replaced the part which came with a 5 years warranty. They kept me updated and delivered the car promptly. Kurt, Trey and the Euro Care team are exceptional car care professionals. I took my Land Rover to them for a starting problem. Euro Care had my truck ready the next day. They treated my truck like a hospital would take care of a sick patient. I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from my home in the neighborhood. I called to see if they could repair my driver's side brake light and they took me right in. The price was great and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Kurt was patient, professional and very knowledgeable.
